First of all, if you have a sheet of tattoos cut one off and put the others aside for later, There's no need to cut out the pattern perfectly.

Leaving excess paper around the tattoo is fine. Make sure you do the cutting yourself. Kids can apply them but don't let them do the cutting.

1. Where to buy temporary tattoos

If you don't have temporary tattoos and you wonder where to get them, there are many places that sell them. If you are looking for nice, authentic-looking tattoos you can go to a beauty supply store.

Even big store chains sell them. If you are looking for a simple cute tattoo for your child, a lot of quarter machines that you find at grocery stores or fast-food restaurants sell them as well.

There are also websites that sell removable tattoos. Some of these tattoos that are sold on the internet can last for weeks and even stick on the glass.

Next, make sure the area that you are applying the tattoo to is clean and dry, Soap and water are fine for cleaning your skin, Peel the sticky backing off and apply the tattoo to your body.

2. Tattoo placement Chart

There are many places on your body that are popular for placing tattoos.

Some of the most popular are your ankle, arm, lower stomach area, and lower back area but any place is fine.

Kids like to put tattoos anywhere on their body so if you have a special event coming up I would hide the tattoos.

3. How to remove temporary tattoos with

Using a damp sponge or wash rag, lightly push on the tattoo for 30 to 60 seconds.

After the tattoo is moistened, slowly pull the side of the tattoo off of your skin.

Left behind should be the picture or design that was originally on the tattoo. If you start to remove the side of the tattoo and realize that it has not stuck to the skin place the wet rag on the tattoo again and push on the area that has not rubbed off yet.

4. Removing the tattoo is just as easy

I've found that rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball takes the tattoo right off.

Chlorinated water also takes a tattoo off so remember that if you're planning on going swimming.

You can always place a Band-Aid or bandage over your tattoo if you're going to be in a pool, The covering might help keep the tattoo from washing away.

If you're looking for a good party favor, tattoos are the thing.

For children’s parties, you can give animated tattoos and for adult parties, you can give tattoos that display art designs or even a certain theme.

If you're having a Halloween party you can give away tattoos of bats or ghosts. If you're having a holiday party, tattoos that have mistletoe on them would be a great favor. It's all up to you.

Now you can see that applying and removing a temporary tattoo is so simple even a child can do it.

That's a good thing since children love to wear them as much as adults do.
