Next, make sure the area that you are applying the tattoo to is clean and dry, Soap and water are fine for cleaning your skin, Peel the sticky backing off and apply the tattoo to your body.

Using a damp sponge or wash rag, lightly push on the tattoo for 30 to 60 seconds.
After the tattoo is moistened, slowly pull the side of the tattoo off of your skin.
Left behind should be the picture or design that was originally on the tattoo. If you start to remove the side of the tattoo and realize that it has not stuck to the skin place the wet rag on the tattoo again and push on the area that has not rubbed off yet.
4. Removing the tattoo is just as easy
I've found that rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball takes the tattoo right off.
Chlorinated water also takes a tattoo off so remember that if you're planning on going swimming.
You can always place a Band-Aid or bandage over your tattoo if you're going to be in a pool, The covering might help keep the tattoo from washing away.
